REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY OF X3M-TEAM.PL

§1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the product.
  3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email before the deadline expires.

§2. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Contact us by email to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. Include your order number inside the package.

§3. REFUND

  1. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  2. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  3. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned product.

§4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  1. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
  2. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

§5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to order or customized
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the Customer
  • Products with broken hygiene seals (wetsuits, underwear)

§6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  3. Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

§7. WARRANTY (COMPLAINTS)

  1. All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty.
  2. To make a warranty claim, contact us by email describing the defect and attaching photos.
  3. We will respond to your claim within 14 business days.
  4. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
